About Trendo 2015

On behalf of the organizing committee of TRENDO 2015, we take immense pleasure in inviting you to attend TRENDO 2015, 3rd Annual meeting of the Endocrine Society of Tamilnadu and Puducherry. This much-awaited conference after the grand success of TRENDO 2014 will be held in Kodaikanal on 11th and 12th of July 2015.

The town of Kodaikanal sits on a plateau above the upper Palani hills at 2,133 meters. Kodaikanal has several scenic natural attractions like the lake, rich flora, pillar rocks, cool weather and many more that are enjoyed by its visitors. This mistake it a popular tourist destination and also rightly called as "Princess of Hill Stations". It is just 120 km from Madurai, the second largest city in Tamilnadu. Madurai's history is of significant antiquity and has a number of historical monuments which includes the Meenakshi Amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace being the most prominent. Madurai is closely associated with the tamil language as all three primary congregations of tamil scholars - the third tamil sangam were held in the city.

TRENDO 2015 is proposed to address latest updates, emerging concepts, clinical applications and controversies in diabetes, thyroid disorders, gonadal problems, pituitary disorders, metabolic bone disease and adrenal diseases. We have a mix of plenaries, lectures, workshops, symposia, clinical case seminars, original paper presentations and debates. We will be having a distinguished gathering of eminent international and national faculties representing different institutions across the country for this mega event. The meeting is intended for Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, Physicians, Obstetricians, Pediatricians, General practitioners and Postgraduates. We except around 800-1000 registrations for the event. We welcome you all to join hands with us and be an important part of TRENDO 2015. We hope that this will be an academic feast of great minds and hearts.
